We are right next to the Old Paper Mill, and the Spa Park is within a short walk. The space The apartment is located on the second floor in a 2-storey, intimate building, with only 4 apartments. It consists of a spacious living room with air conditioning and a comfortable, fold-out sofa, connected to the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary accessories and appliances needed to prepare meals (dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee machine and microwave). There is also a spacious wardrobe at your disposal. From the living room you can go out onto a large balcony, from where - especially in the evenings, you can admire the beautiful sunsets. The large bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Smart TV and the ability to log in to Netfix etc., high-speed wireless internet are also available to guests. The bedroom has a large desk and armchair, as well as a 21" monitor so that remote work is not a problem. Free, dedicated parking space is available for guests in front of the property. The price includes a dedicated parking space, and there is also a public parking lot in front of the building. Please note that there is no elevator in the building. Check-in is possible at any time, let me know what time you want to arrive. Other things to note There is a night quiet time in the building from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Smoking, loud parties or meetings are prohibited. If the keys are lost, the cost of replacing the locks will be charged to the Guest. Only the persons registered at the time of booking can stay in the apartment. There is a surcharge for pets.
