The space The recently renovated house consists of: Ground Floor • Living Room: Combines rustic charm and modern comfort. Featuring terracotta flooring, an exposed stone wall, and a chaise longue with a reading area, it creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Also includes a TV area with Netflix and Wi-Fi. • Master Bedroom: Spacious and bright, with direct access to the terrace. Features a king-size bed and a large wardrobe. • Bedroom: Includes a 1.5-size sofa bed, terrace access, a work desk, a bookshelf, and a wardrobe. • Bathroom: Ground floor bathroom with a window providing excellent natural light. Equipped with a WC, bidet, sink, shower box, heated towel rail, and hooks for robes and towels. • Staircase: A wrought iron staircase connects the ground floor to the taverna level. Taverna Level • Large Living Area: With direct access to Piazza Ortaccio, it includes: • An open kitchen fully equipped with essentials (oven, stove, refrigerator, utensils, and a capsule coffee machine). • A fireplace (usable upon request, with necessary materials provided). • A double sofa bed, 50” TV, Wi-Fi, and Netflix. • Dining Room: Features a wooden table that comfortably seats up to 8 people. The room also has a niche carved into the tuff stone, where skilled local artisans once worked with ceramics. • Full Bathroom: Includes towels and essential products. Location The house is ideally situated for exploring Vasanello on foot: Within a short walk, you’ll find bars, traditional restaurants, artisan shops, and the majestic Orsini Castle. The village is also a perfect starting point for exploring the wonders of Lazio and Umbria, such as: • Viterbo with its stunning thermal baths. • Civita di Bagnoregio, “the dying city.” • Bomarzo Gardens and Marmore Falls. Guest access The house is located on the main street of the historic center. Upon reaching number 76, you will find the key box. Other things to note In the square near the house (Piazza della Libertà), you will find free parking.
