A rejuvenating stay awaits you. Guest access The house is located within the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, inside the "Le Falconare" consortium consisting of only 30 villas/chalets, each well spaced from the others. The road to our gate is paved and lit. The apartment has a completely independent entrance, and is located inside a villa on two floors. Guests share with us hosts (who only occasionally stay in the wooden upstairs apartment and who always let guests know in advance if we would be there during their stay) the garden, the woods, the barbecue area and the cellar/warehouse where there is a second refrigerator and washing machine available for guests free of charge. Other things to note There is a free private covered parking space. During the summer season, for a fee, you can access a condominium area with a large outdoor pool, soccer and tennis courts, foosball, ping pong and a small gym. It is possible, upon prior request, to check in late after 8:00 p.m. with a supplement of €20 to €50 to be paid to the host. We provide complimentary tea/herbal tea and a couple of milk and coffee pods for breakfast. Upon request and for a fee, you can have a sweet breakfast. In this case, breakfast will be left early in the morning on the patio of the house, in a nice picnic basket and consists of croissant, tart, fruit juices, jams and hazelnut cream, all natural and delicious products provided thanks to the collaboration with local companies. Upon request and for a fee, it is also possible to organize surprises for your special event (e.g. cake, flowers and prosecco). Pets are allowed only upon prior request and with a supplement of €25. When we hosts are also on vacation there in our apartment, we have a very good dog with us, who does not always get along with other dogs. We therefore ask you to ALWAYS report the presence of four-legged friends and to bring them only with the consent of the host, as the garden area and the private forest are shared and the dogs may meet.
