This new, comfortable vacation home is located in a quiet area right on the Dijle. It is located within walking distance of nearby nature reserves and next to a riding school overlooking horse pastures. Ideal for a week or weekend getaway and to recharge your batteries with family or friends. The space Our vacation home is completely newly built in 2024 with respect for the natural environment in which it is located and meets the BEN standard. Triple glazing, ventilation system D and Air conditioning provide an overall feeling of comfort. The sleeping area is small in area (tiny house principle) and equipped with quality mattresses, covers and fitted sheets. There are 2 separate rooms, each with a double bed of 180x200. In 1 of these rooms, the bed can also be made up as 2 beds of 90x200. In addition, there is a high-quality Swedish sofa bed in the living room of 180x200 for 2 people with a real mattress and a slatted base. Between the sleeping quarters and the living space, a sliding door is provided as a sound barrier. The walls and door frames are also equipped with sound insulation. The bathroom has a rain shower and sink. Hot water is provided by a 150L boiler. The kitchen is fully equipped with: -induction cooker - combi oven (hot air/microwave) -Nespresso machine and brewing set for coffee - extensive pots and pans set -set of cutting knives and chef's knives -Decorative plates and bags Guest access You can access the house through the key box.
