A luxurious off-grid beach house in an exceptional location with plenty of room for the whole family! Located directly behind the iconic Stokes Bay beach, all it takes is a short walk through the tunnel to one of the world’s best beaches. All the modern comforts, breathtaking ocean views and kangaroos on your doorstep will provide the perfect backdrop for making unforgettable memories on beautiful Kangaroo Island. The space This beach house is a luxurious new build finished in late 2024. Two spacious living areas both fitted with the latest tvs and new furniture provide plenty of room for the kids and adults. Four bedrooms with two of the king beds able to split into twin beds by request. The master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite complete with bath overlooking the bay and a double shower. A large walk-in wardrobe is also provided in the master. All other bedrooms have built in wardrobes, blinds and sheer curtains. A coastal bathroom provides a bath, shower and wash up area, with separate toilet and access to a curved stone outdoor shower for washing off the sand from the beach. There is a huge outdoor deck and bbq with views over the wider bay and cliffs to watch the sun go down. A lawn area on the southern side provides a place for kids to play. The kangaroos are daily visitors on the front deck and are quite friendly even though they are wild. A Laundry with washing machine and clothesline allows the washing to be done if you feel like it. The modern kitchen has a walk in pantry and is well-equipped with dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine plus all the essentials. Other things to note The house is off grid with battery storage and solar panels. Everything works smoothly - we just ask that the air conditioners are only used during daylight hours and there is no charging of electric vehicles onsite site due to the high power usage of these items.
