This 2 bed 2 bath is the perfect remote getaway, fishing retreat or ski trip! Relax on over 700 sq ft of covered patio and enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Harvard and Mt. Oxford, recover and stargaze in the hot tub, or chill by the fire in the indoor fireplace. This Cabin is fully equipped and includes high speed Starlink internet. The space You will have access to the entire property which has one bedroom and full bath on the main floor and 1 bedroom and 3/4 bath upstairs. Set the ambiance with a fire in the main two sided fireplace. There are also two outdoor gas fire pits so there are plenty of places to enjoy the peacefulness of the property. The upstairs loft and bedroom has a smart tv equipped with YouTube TV, Netflix, Max etc. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the endless mountain view and sky full of stars. Because we value the peaceful and remote nature of the neighborhood, and we do have a few nearby friends and neighbors, we ask that the patio lights are kept dimmed and used only when you are outside with them. Voices also carry a long way in our little valley so we ask that voices and music be respectful in volumes and tone and that quiet hours after 9pm outside are strictly recognized. There are no outdoor/bluetooth speakers allowed. There are cornhole boards, darts, and horseshoe pits for fun outside games. The Cabin is fully equipped with everything you need. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat - this is the place for you. ***The Cabin is at high altitude (~10,000) so please plan accordingly for acclimation and be sure to drink plenty of water.*** We’re constantly improving! The latest adds are an espresso machine, telescope, updated washer and dryer, and dedicated workspace desk. Guest access Owners belongings are in the locked shed and a couple of small bins inside the cabin, everything else in the main cabin is accessible for guests.
