Pets can stay alone in their kennels for a maximum of 3 hrs if they do not disturb other residents. A maximum of 2 dogs ( up to 15lb weight) or two cats are allowed to stay in the property. Pet owners are responsible for immediately picking up after their dogs/cats. Walking trails and open space are just across the street. Pet hygiene is enforced in all areas of the property, including basement, garage & yards, as well as in the neighborhood. Pets should always be on a leash and under adult supervision at all times. Pets are not allowed to use the beds, sofas or chairs. Extra cleaning fees will apply for hair removal as necessary.
