The two room studio is in the downstairs of a quiet home, with your own private bathroom and entrance. We love to talk with guests if available, or can respect your peace and privacy as well. The studio has a queen posturepedic mattress for your sleeping pleasure, as well as a living area with queen sofa sleeper, bar seating, and small kitchenette. You’ll have everything you need to cook your own meals, including an outdoor grill and utensils, but please keep in mind it is not a full kitchen. No oven range. Our friendly old German Shepherd, Buddha Bear, may greet you upon arrival. He is trained to bark to let us know when people arrive but is a gentle giant who loves other four-legged friends. Pets of any size are welcome, but please limit to 3 furry friends:) We also have a black cat named Onyx who you may see roaming around the property! Guest access Guests have access to private parking, wide open yard, plenty of local walks, outside fire pit (check local red flag warnings - no fires when in a drought) and more! 4w or AW drive a must through winter months. We get a lot of snow! Small Refrigerator, microwave, small toaster oven, burner, dishes, utensils, coffee/tea maker with coffee and tea available in room. Other things to note PLEASE READ DIRECTIONS TO PLACE...we want to respect the privacy of our neighbors. It is very dark here at night, but not hard to find if you follow the check-in directions and pictures. There is little lighting to help. We keep it that way to respect the natural darkness of the neighborhood and the dark skies permit in effect....there are no street lights or lit paths. Look for yellow porch light at entrance to studio. Embrace the darkness that you may not be used to. The home is located at the dead end of a remote road, less than a mile off of the main highway. Your space is located on the lower level of the home, with its own drive and entrance.
