For your convenience, we provide complimentary body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper for the duration of your stay. We hope these essentials help make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a peaceful suburban atmosphere. For guests visiting South Florida for FIFA events, the property is conveniently located approximately 7 miles from Hard Rock Stadium. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the suite. Guest access When you arrive, face the main entrance of the house. The suite features a private entrance and is located on the left-hand side of the house. For your convenience, please do not enter through the black front door of the main house, as this entrance is reserved for the primary residence. Look for the area with red mulch and ground lights. The entrance gate is located there, walk through the gate and continue along the path to the white door, which is the private entrance to the suite. We hope you'll enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood while still having convenient access to everything the area has to offer. Other things to note Please note that there are two Airbnb guesthouses located on the property. Each unit is completely private and independent of each other, with its own private entrance, outdoor space, and designated parking. Your studio is #1, which you will find clearly marked next to your entrance door. We do not charge any cleaning fees, as we prefer to keep things simple and transparent for our guests. We kindly ask that upon departure, guests help us maintain the space by leaving the suite in a tidy condition. Please dispose of all trash, clean up any spills or messes, and wash any dishes, cups, plates, and utensils that were used during your stay. All garbage can be placed in the black trash bin located in the front yard. We truly appreciate your care and consideration, as it allows us to continue offering a clean, comfortable, and fee-free stay for everyone. The main house is owner-occupied, so you may occasionally see us in the parking area or on the walkway leading to your guesthouse. Please rest assured that the main house and the guesthouse are completely separate and independent, each with its own private entrance, designated parking, and outdoor space.
