There are two ways to get to the accommodation: 1. ON FOOT, parking before the Avise bridge in special parking lots, and crossing the walkway on foot to reach the accommodation (5/10 min); 2. BY CAR, going up to St-Nicolas from St-Pierre, and from here going down again to Avise. *BY BOOKING, YOU IMPLICITLY ACCEPT THE ABOVE CONDITIONS* The space Charming apartment in the characteristic village of Avise. Entire apartment on two levels, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room, 1 fully equipped bathroom. Public parking in front of the entrance. Tourist tax: according to the resolution of the Municipality of Avise, no. 38 of 12/30/2024, the measure of the tourist tax pursuant to art. 4 LR no. 10/23 is established in the amount of 0.50 EUROS per person per day. A lovely apartment with private and independent access, arranged on two levels with an open space on the upper level where the kitchen (fully equipped) and the living room (with a sofa bed) are located, and a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine and shower and a bedroom with a double bed, on the lower level. Large open space in front of the apartment, with barbecue (only in summer), and convenient free public parking just 20 m away.
