AWD/4x4 may be required during winter months. • Stairs: Stairs are required within the cabin (see photos). • Laundry: Private washer and dryer are available during your stay. • Kitchen: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. • Lake access: Guests have access to the lake; water levels fluctuate and may be low at times. • Connectivity: Due to the Smoky Mountains’ remote location and areawide infrastructure, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable. • Security: Two exterior security cameras are on site for safety—one at the front door monitoring the main entry and one at the side of the house monitoring the driveway. • Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
