Welcome to our Gaertner Hideaway - enjoy your stay in this beautiful newly renovated townhouse in a very silent courtyard just footsteps off the bustling heart of Munich. 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa bed and 1 large entrance room with a sofa bed. One bathroom, one kitchen, a big table and an outdoor patio to enjoy the sun. This beautiful townhouse sleeps 4 guests very comfortably but it is possible to sleep up to 8 guests in total. When you arrive, the flat welcomes you in a spacious entrance room. Via the staircase you will reach the upper level which will welcome your right in the large living and dining room with the open kitchen. If you want to cook your own meal once in a while you can get creative in the kitchen: Here we offer a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, microwave, oven, plenty of pans and cooking utensils. With our basic equipment of spices, vinegar and oil, you can get started right away. A large dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people. Enjoy your drinks on the terrasse if the weather allows it. The bathroom is equipped with a large washbasin, a glass-enclosed shower and hairdryers. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo. On the couch, you can enjoy exciting films and series on the 43-inch smart TV, where you can also connect your NETFLIX account. In the evening, two comfortable box-spring double beds await you in the separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe and storage space. Look forward to a choice of two different pillows and fluffy bed linen. We have lovingly decorated the bedrooms and living room for you with large pictures and a modern colour scheme. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable desk that you can use for working. Also the entrance room has a working desk. The flat also offers space on the comfortable sofa beds which we will prepare upon request. These are ideal to sleep a fifth and sixth guest in the large entrance room and for a seventh and an eigth guest in the living room if you don’t mind sharing the open living space and the small bathroom. There is a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing station in the flat for you to use if needed. We provide high-quality cotton bed linen and towels. The bed linen are non-ironed. In addition a welcome set with coffee and tea as well as a small care kit awaits you. Guest access A unique entrance leads you to this newly renovated airy and very modern townhouse. You will be able to enter keyless on your own via a pin code which we will send you 24h in advance. For the duration of your stay the entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!
