The space The room is located in a bright, spacious apartment on the upper floor of a historic Gründerzeit villa. The apartment has been lovingly renovated and combines classical architecture with modern living comfort. The guest room is approximately 36 m² in size and offers a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a comfortable sofa bed, a desk, and a small dining area. It is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or guests wishing to stay longer. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The bathroom is fully functional but will undergo a complete renovation in January. The villa is situated quietly near the edge of the forest, making it perfect for walks or small excursions into nature. In close proximity is the Reinhold-Forster-Erbstollen, one of the region's most famous attractions. A bus stop is just 100 m away, and shopping options like Edeka or DM can be reached in about 300 m. Currently, only two guest rooms are rented in the apartment, ensuring that the accommodation is shared by a maximum of two parties—quiet and pleasantly private. The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras. These monitor only the entry areas and do not cover the interior. Guest access The entrance to the accommodation is located on the side of the house on the right. Guests receive their own access code and can enter the accommodation flexibly at any time.
