Enjoy the 65” Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon prime and YouTube, or dive into a selection of cards and board games stored in the TV unit drawers. 📶 Stay Connected A mesh Wi-Fi network ensures strong, seamless internet coverage throughout the house. 🛁 Bathroom Refresh and rejuvenate with both a separate shower and a luxurious bathtub. Please note *** There is a second Airbnb experience on the property. It is located at the front. It is a seperate space and sectioned off by a tree line. There may be guests so please be respectful, especially with noise. This is not a party house. Occasional routine maintenance (including gardening or yard care) may take place during your stay. This may require access to the maintenance shed at the rear of the property. We’ll always aim to minimise any disruption. Guest access You will have the house to yourself. There is a unique bus stay air BnB experience at the front of the property available to book via Airbnb as well. Please be respectful of guests staying here and respect their space and privacy. That space is sectioned off by a line of trees running parallel with the bus. Or book in conjunction with your stay. Other things to note ⏰ Check-out is strictly by 10 AM. (Unless host has provided you with a late check out.) Our wonderful housekeeping team arrives shortly afterward to prepare the space for the next guests. 🤫 Please respect our peaceful setting and neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum. Loud music is strictly prohibited after 9 PM. As there may be guests staying in the other unique stay Airbnb, Beddy White at the front, please be respectful. 🎉 No parties or events are permitted. 🐾 No pets allowed. This is an allergy-friendly space. If you are staying on a Saturday or Sunday night, we kindly ask you to put the rubbish bin out for collection. Please follow the colour of the neighbours. If you are staying Monday night, we ask you to bring the bin in. 🌱 Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided in refillable dispensers to reduce single-use plastic. 👥 Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Additional guests will incur a fee of $150 per person, per night. 🚭 Smoking, vaping is strictly prohibited. Deodorizing or damage fees will be charged to the booking guest if needed. 🧼 Please leave the home tidy. Clean and put away any items you've used. 🧹 Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property requires more than a standard clean. Additional cleaning is charged at $100 per hour. A broom, a dustpan and a mop, are available next to the fridge. 🔑 Lost or locked-in keys may require a locksmith or replacement — any associated costs will be the guest’s responsibility. 🛠️ Any damages will be charged to the guest who made the booking. 🐜 To prevent insects, please store food in airtight containers provided, and wipe down surfaces after preparing meals. 🧺 Washing Machine Instructions The laundry soap is located below the laundry sink. • Place in the left tray • Ensure the door is firmly closed • Select your desired cycle • Press Start 🍽️ Dishwasher Please rinse all dishes before placing them in the dishwasher for best results. We recommend using the auto cycle for a thorough clean. Only use the provided dishwasher powder or tablets — never use regular dishwashing liquid or other detergents. 🔥 Cooking - Belling masterpiece cooktop and oven. This is truly amazing to use. The stove is gas. There are 5 burners. Griddle over 2 left burners. If using griddle. Please use baking paper. No mess. You’ll thank yourself. To operate: • Press and turn the button for the burner you'd like to use for a few seconds. The oven There is a multi-function, multi-door oven. Top left door is a grill. Bottom left door is a selectable program oven with 2 shelves and pizza stones. Set the degrees on one dial , then select the program on the next dial Over to the right door is a large capacity oven with 4 shelves. Perfect for catering for larger serves. This side operates with just one dial. Please note that occasional routine maintenance (including gardening or yard care) may take place during your stay.
