We are steps to the beach, the famous Old Orchard pier, Palace Playland, and walkable to lots of shops, dining, and nightlife—park once, stay and enjoy it all! Enjoy live bands, ocean breezes, and front-row access to Maine's most iconic beach! Experience resort-style living from this Penthouse with two private oceanfront decks. Penthouse features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms at the largest outside deck at Old Orchards famous Brunswick where panoramic views stretch endlessly across the horizon. Relax in the morning on one of the decks with coffee before heading to the beach or walking the 7 mile stretch of beach right outside your door. The Brunswick also offers live music outside daily and nightly from Memorial Day weekend through mid-Oct (weather dependent) - which can be experienced right from your own deck. Off season the live bands are only inside and play from Thu-Sun's. Nightlife, restaurants, downtown, the pier, amusement park, miniature golf, pizza, ice cream, fried dough - all within a 5 minute walk. Whatever you are looking for in your beach destination, you should find it here! Guest access The entire condo is accessible with the exception of 2 locked closets. Other things to note Some beach chairs will be available to use but please bring your beach towels. If additional beach chairs and/or an umbrella is needed, there's an inexpensive rental place next door at the Waverly (they also have anything else you need like alcohol, water/drinks, souvenirs, hats, etc.) The owner keeps his prices down and is super-nice. Parking options: -1st car: This rental only comes with one parking spot at the Brunswick. -2nd car: We purchased an extra parking spot at Milliken St parking, which is 1/2 mile away - you must provide your license plate details to me in advance if you want to utilize this spot. -Additional cars: Captain Mike's Parking charges $50 for a 24-hour period and its also 1/2 mile drive but you can cut across the train tracks and it's only a few minutes away. There is also free parking available on some of the streets that are a 5+ minute walk from the Brunswick (you will be parking at your own risk and must pay close attention to signs). -Off season you can park additional cars on the street in front of the Brunswick for free.
