Garden Cottage, Lower Farm

Our charming 3-bedroom cottage, which overlooks an orchard, is nestled in the peaceful village of Hadstock. We’re just a short walk from St Botolph's Church, close to the fabulous gastro pub The Three Hills (named after the 3 Roman burial mounds in the area), and a 10 min drive from Saffron Walden which won best place to live in the U.K. 2025 (The Sunday Times). Saffron Grange Vineyard is a 7 min drive away, Audley end 20 mins and Cambridge is a 30 min drive away. The space All the bedrooms are furnished with high-quality pocket sprung mattresses for a comfortable stay. The single beds in the dormer room are best for small children as the room is very small. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked suitable for baking and making big meals. Anything missing we can lend you from the main house. In the garden we have two trampolines, a fabulous climbing gym, a slide, football nets and a newly resurfaced tennis court, which guests are welcome to use at their own risk. Guest access We have a very large parking area with an electric vehicle charger. Other things to note We can put the 2 single beds in the third bedroom together if desired. We love to let people bring their animals, however they must be cat and chicken friendly as we have 6 cats that roam the farm and 4 free range chickens. We would also ask that animals are not left alone locked in the cottage for the day if guests go out.
