Other things to note Guest Screening All guests must complete CLEAR ID verification and a background check (no evictions, collections, or criminal records). A passport is required for international guests. Stays of 30+ Nights The primary guest must complete a soft credit check (minimum score of 550) and provide a valid SSN. After Booking We will request your email address to send a secure check-in link. Credit Card Requirement A valid credit card is required to complete the check-in process and secure the reservation.
