Requests for services or amenities that are clearly mentioned as unavailable in the listing will not be considered an issue or hosting mistake after check-in. 🌿 House Rules – Please Read Before You Book 🕑 Check-in / Check-out • Check-in: 1:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM (₹500 per half hour applies for late check-out beyond 11:00 AM) • Early check-in / late check-out possible based on availability. ⸻ 🚭 Smoking & Noise • No smoking inside the apartment. • Smoking allowed only on the balcony . • No loud music, parties, or disruptive gatherings. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • Small, respectful get-togethers are welcome. ⸻ 🛏️ Guests & Stay • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. • Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff will not be tolerated — such guests will be asked to leave without a refund. ⸻ 🍳 Kitchen & Meals • Kitchen is fully equipped — please clean up after use. • You can order food from Swiggy/Zomato or nearby restaurants. ⸻ 🌱 Property Care • Turn off lights & appliances when not in use. • Treat the home with care. • Any damages will incur the repair cost + ₹2000 fine. ⸻ 🚕 Travel & Access • The rajpur road from our property is 10-15 min— assistance available if staff is present. • It’s about a 10 min walk to Shahastradhara Road. • Taxis can be arranged on request (chargeable). • Parking are available in premises (just to share RC) . ⸻ 🪪 Guest Documents • Please send soft copies of ID proofs 2 days before arrival. • Carry hard copies of the same IDs for check-in. ⸻ 🤝 Our Promise Our host will stay in touch throughout your visit to assist with anything you need.
