Dining area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, game room, large deck in front with BBQ grill and seating. Guest access Entire house is available, smaller garage of 2 is the only restricted area. Parking in driveway 2 cars only, 3 spaces, 1 of which is used by owner, will not interfere with guests parking. Car will not be in use when guests are staying. If you plan on bringing any type of trailer I need to know ahead of time as HOA has policies on trailers. Other things to note Grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and coffee shops are less than 5 miles away. Entire home is available for use other than smaller garage of 2 is restricted.
