It is audible, but it is a fact of living in the area. 1B. This is a ground floor unit, and there are occupants upstairs. Foot traffic from upstairs can be heard at times, so if you are sensitive to noise and prefer/expect complete quiet in your residence, this listing is NOT for you. 2.
