Early check-in is possible if the room is ready – please contact us in advance for assistance. Check-out: Before 11:00 am. Before leaving, please: o Clean the room o Throw away trash in the bin o Turn off electrical appliances in the room o Lock the room door o Return the key card or physical key to the lock box according to the video instructions. 🔐 Self Check-in We are happy to welcome you in person, but you can also check in yourself. In case of self check-in, you will receive the smart key code via Airbnb message or email 48 hours before arrival. House number 25 Phu Thanh 10 has a white door on the left side. 🔒 Compliance with the law and safety - Please send a photo of your passport or ID card and visa to complete the temporary residence registration procedure as required by Vietnamese law. - No illegal activities are allowed on the premises (e.g. gambling, drugs, prostitution, etc.). - Always lock the wooden door and gate before leaving the house. Please watch the instruction video carefully to learn how to close the door properly. - Please do not lock the small latch located at the bottom below the main handle on the wooden door from the inside when other guests are staying as this will prevent them from opening the door with a magnetic card. - If you notice any safety or security issues, please contact us immediately. 🌟Happy living culture of Da Nang people Da Nang people are famous for being cheerful, friendly and love to chat and sing, especially on holidays or weekends 🎤. Thank you for understanding and respecting the local culture! 💛 II/House Rules – Robbie & Clara’s House Da Nang We are delighted to welcome you to Robbie & Clara’s House! To ensure a safe, pleasant and comfortable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to take a moment to review the following house rules. 1. General Rules - Do not smoke anywhere in the house, including bedrooms, common spaces, terraces or front yards. This helps keep the house clean and reduces the risk of fire. If you smoke outside, please put out your cigarette carefully and dispose of it properly. - No parties, events or large gatherings, respect the quiet of the neighborhood and other guests. - Maximum occupancy: 2 guests/room. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Please notify us in advance of visitors; overnight stays must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees. - Please avoid bringing food or drinks into the bedroom to keep the bed and furniture clean. - Please keep the noise level low after 10:00 pm to ensure a restful environment for everyone. Please do not bring strong-smelling foods such as durian into the house, kitchen, or refrigerator to avoid affecting other guests. 2. Common spaces: - Living room: Feel free to use the TV and sofa. Please do not bring food or drinks onto the sofa to avoid stains and dirt. Please turn off the lights, ceiling fans, and TV when not in use. - Kitchen: You are allowed to use the dining table, cooking utensils, induction cooker, microwave oven and refrigerator and all cooking utensils in the kitchen. After use, please wash the dishes, wipe the surface and throw the trash in the trash can located in the front yard. - Terrace: Please do not leave personal belongings or trash. Please avoid hanging wet clothes on the railing to keep the area tidy. - Laundry area: Washing machines and dryers are free to use. Just follow the instructions and please do not leave clothes inside the machine for too long. 3. Property care - Please use the furniture and equipment in the house carefully to ensure the comfort of all guests and protect the property and equipment of the house. - Do not move large items (beds, wardrobes, sofas) or disassemble electronic devices (TV, washing machine, etc.). - Turn off air conditioners, water heaters, fans and lights when not in use to save energy and water. - Immediately report any spills, breaks or leaks so we can handle them promptly. 4. In case of damage - If there is damage to furniture caused by negligence (eg broken mirror ~ 500.000 VND, stained bedsheet/sofa ~ 300,000 VND, broken TV ~ 5,000,000 VND, key card/door lock ~ 300,000 VND), we will ask the guest to please pay for the repair or replacement cost based on the market price or invoice. We will always handle this issue fairly and openly. - Please do not take or move items (furniture, decorations, household items) from the property. If a problem arises, we will work with you to resolve it and in rare cases, we may need to seek the intervention of local authorities. - To avoid misunderstandings, please check for any existing damage when you arrive and let us know immediately. 5. Safety and Security - For everyone's safety, please close the front iron gate when entering or exiting. - The main wooden door can be opened during the day if guests are home, but please make sure both the wooden door and gate are closed after 10:00 pm. - Please do not share the smart lock code with anyone outside of your booking group. - To ensure security in the common areas of the house for all guests, we have installed surveillance cameras in the following areas: Iron gate, Living room and kitchen, Reading and relaxation area on the 2nd floor, Laundry area on the 3rd floor. - Electrical system: All electrical switches in the house are clearly marked, making it easy for you to use according to the instructions. In case of power overload, the circuit breaker system will automatically turn off to ensure safety. The circuit breaker is located right next to the main wooden door on the 1st floor, convenient for checking and handling. - First aid kit: To assist in emergency situations, the first aid kit is located in the upper shelf of the kitchen cabinet on the 1st floor. Please check and use it when necessary. - Fire Safety Regulations: The house is equipped with wireless smoke detectors in all bedrooms and common areas, with the central control panel on the 2nd floor near the main switchboard. Fire extinguishers and gas masks are located in the hallways of each floor and at the front parking area. An emergency hammer and fire safety instructions are placed at the corner of the parking area on the 1st floor. Escape routes include the main entrance and a secondary exit in the bathroom of bedroom 101 (1st floor).In case of an alarm, stay calm, wear a gas mask if there is smoke, evacuate quickly via the nearest exit, and call the fire department at 114. - Safety when moving: The house is designed with 3 floors and there is no elevator. Therefore, please use the stairs carefully to ensure your safety. If you are traveling with small children, please make sure your baby is safe when going up and down the stairs. 6. Cleaning & Waste Disposal - Room cleaning service is provided once a week (including changing bed linen and general cleaning). We can provide additional cleaning services upon request at a fee of VND 200,000 per time. - If you wish to clean your room yourself, all cleaning tools and chemicals are available in the laundry area on the 3rd floor. - Garbage will be collected by the local garbage collection unit daily between 8-10am.
