The Muggle House - A 2BHK Home in Bir

The Muggle House, Bir is a spacious two- bedroom house, nestled admist the mighty Dhualadhar mountains. The house overlooks a patch of golden miaze fields at one end, lush tea trees on the other and the kind of charm that would make believe in magic, a bit. The house has two bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, hall with a workstation corner and loaded bookshelves. The space Located in the heart of Bir, The Muggle House is within walking distance of the paragliding landing site and the main market. The nearest grocery shop is only 250 metres away. The house has two bedrooms. The rooms open up to views of maize fields, cute narrow Himachali lanes and tea gardens. Attached to the rooms are ensuite bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with hot water, towels and toiletries including bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and handwash. Essentails like cotton pads and earbuds are also provided. The common area has an open kitchen, equipped with all cookware, cutlery and dining utensils. It also has a manual coffee maker, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas stove and kitchen towels and dishwash soap. The house has a balcony which runs throughout the length of the house. The guest also have access to the terrace. Simply bring your cuppa and take in the view! Or we will put up some mattresses on the terrace for you on a clear day, along with some candles, so you can star gaze away! The kitchen is well stocked with coffee sachets, tea bags, oil, salt, sugar and we love to keep a surprise fiiled-to the brim goodie bowl for our guests, sometimes filled with chocolates or with snacks. The common area is great for getting work done, sipping your morning tea or dining with friends and family. The bookshelves feature a great selection of books, handpicked by your bibliophilic host :) The house is secured with a great wifi connection. There is power back up too and it is connected to the wifi, so come hail and storm but it won't get in the way of your work! Parking is available on premises. On cold nights, there is portable heating in the house. Breakfast is available on pre order and paid basis. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house.
