The space Ground Floor Wooden front door leads into main hall: Storage for shoes/coats etc along with meters under the stairs From the hall you can enter the kitchen and the living room: Kitchen: An L shaped kitchen with built in appliances including double oven, gas hob and separate fridge freezer. The kitchen has all the usual utensils that you will need to cook a homely meal whilst enjoying your stay. Solid fuel fire which controls the hot water and central heating. As well as the units there is a table and chairs that can sit a party of 6. From the kitchen you can then enter the Utility area Utility: Fully functional dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and plenty of counter space and cupboards. The Utility then leads to a downstairs low lying toilet and storage area for those who find stairs difficult Living Room: Beautiful new solid fuel burning stove with two sofas and two chairs and TV First Floor: Master Bedroom: Super king sized bed with its own en-suite bathroom. Fitted wardrobes and set of drawers, bedside cabinets and mirrors and internal door leading to:- En-suite bathroom: Fully tiled bathroom comprising of large shower, pedestal wash hand basin, heated towel rail, extractor, mirror and window overlooking the large garden to the rear Bedroom Two: Located to the rear of the house, views of the back garden. This rooms consists of two single beds with a sofa and small set of drawers and table lamp Bedroom Three: This rooms consists of bunk beds along with cupboard for storage and faces the front of the property where you can see the ducks congregated together on a morning. Sometimes you can catch badgers in the garden opposite House bathroom: A fully tiled bathroom comprising of a shower within the bath, pedestal hand wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and mirror. Outside: To the front small path leading the front door with garden either side. Parking is on the road side outside the property To the rear a beautiful landscaped garden with the most stunning of patios which can be accessed by a shared gate to the front of the property leading to a secure gate into the garden. Great if you want to take your beloved four legged friend(s) and know that they are safe in a secure garden. Garden furniture can be used where you sit and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The perfect location to relax and hear the birds sing and read your favourite novel or just sit and enjoy the setting. Fantastic location for those who want peace and quite and love being outdoors. The only area which is not accessible is the outdoor shed unless you are bringing bikes. We ask for notice if you require access We ask that dogs do not go upstairs in the property. Other things to note Two wood burning stoves:- The stove in the kitchen fuels the heating system this includes hot water for the property and full instructions will be provided in the property upon your arrival. Please note that the hot water is operated by an immersion (full instructions are provided at the property) The wood burning stove in the living room heats this room making it nice and warm Coal and logs are provided, coal in the building behind the downstairs toilet and the logs in the passage between no.7 Castle Drive and no.9 Smoke alarms in the property Waste disposal bins are located in the passage between no. 7 & no. 9 Castle Drive
