Oleandro Cottage with garden

This is a quiet accommodation surrounded by Tuscan nature with an enchanting garden. The apartment is a well-kept and clean studio apartment, located within a residential complex "I Pini" with private parking. It has a beautiful pool in the middle of the countryside. The sea is only a 1-km walk away and a 3-minute drive, where you can find a large parking lot and then walk through the pine forest to reach the beach. The center of Marina di Cecina is a 5-minute drive away. The space The accommodation is very well maintained and clean, has a kitchen with a kitchenette and table, a dressing room with a sink and a bathroom with a toilet, bidet and shower; in addition, a double bed and a sofa bed that has the size of a single bed that can be opened and become two single beds; a built-in wardrobe and a TV. Guest access As for the outdoor space, we have a veranda with a table and chairs in the private garden with a gate. The number of this gate is 13. We also have a swimming pool available all day for customers, including a beach umbrella, a sunbed, and a free sun lounger (the number of the beach umbrella is 13). In the garden, we also have a private barbecue. Other things to note As for bed linen and towels, they are not included in the price and are provided only on request with a supplement of €10 for double bed linen, €8 for single bed linen, and €5 per person for towels.
