Welcome to our Peaceful Lakeside Retreat, nestled on the shores of a serene lake. This charming space offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. Pack light and unwind in your brand-new, sun-filled tiny house. Cozy and minimalist, yet fully equipped with all the essentials, including a private entrance, wi-fi, deck, outdoor fire pit, bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchenette, and mini fridge. The space This brand-new tiny house is nestled on the edge of a peaceful lake, featuring a private deck for you to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Located next to our home, it shares a fenced-in backyard. You’ll have access to the fruit trees in both the front yard and garden—feel free to help yourself! The house includes two rooms: a combined bedroom and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom that also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The space is clean, cozy, and modern, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please refer to the photos for an accurate representation of the space and its amenities. Guest access How to Enter Your private entrance is located to the left of the house. You’ll find a fenced area with a locked door and keypad. Enter the code, pass through to the garden, and continue along the sidewalk. You’ll climb four steps to reach the newly built two-room studio— the bedroom/kitchen is on your right, and the bathroom is on your left. We have a fenced-in backyard, which is very safe. The stairs are illuminated for easy navigation. Additionally, the studio has a keypad lock for your valuables and peace of mind. Please note: The deck has a 3-foot drop, so exercise caution. Don’t worry about losing a key, dealing with flight delays, or running late—check-in is simple, safe, and hassle-free with our easy-to-use electronic keypad system. You’ll receive an entry code by email before your arrival, and the same code will work on all the doors for your convenience. Other things to note You have access to a private deck and private space. Please drive carefully, as we have young children and a toddler who love to play in the front yard and cul-de-sac. Please also note that our family enjoys the backyard from time to time. It’s very important that the gate to the dock remains closed and locked whenever you use it—both before and after swimming or fishing. I want to ensure my toddler doesn’t accidentally fall in.
