It is compact small cosy room with sturdy adult bunk-beds (2 beds) table and chairs and storage. There is exclusive use of a garden/ patio area with table and chairs to the front garden side (off the lane) your staying at the back of the property on the lane side of an Old Rectory. The accommodation is newly refurbished with fridge, microwave, kettle, WiFi etc. Towels. We are 2.5 miles via public footpath from the nearest beach (Peppercombe) and 6 miles from Bideford. We are near the centre of the village, 200 metres from the Bell Inn which serves food 5 days a week. 7 days in the Summer Season Continental style breakfast can be provided. (cereals, croissants, milk, fruit juice.) Tea and coffee. The Old Coal room is ideal for walkers, cyclists and sightseers in a beautiful part of North Devon.
