This unit has forced air conditioning which uses a large fan in the system to blow air. The space Please note, this unit has hardwood floors. Sounds from jumping and running are not suitable and are easily disruptive. ONLY STAIRS -This unit features large stained glass windows, original maple wood flooring, spacious 12 ft. ceilings, and large ballet mirrors. -There is an in-room hammock near the window overlooking the neighborhood. -There is free street parking available. Parking restrictions are posted on signs. -32" flat screen smart T.V. capable of running personal streaming services. Be sure to log out before checking out. -Features automated self-check-in and check out. -Complementary high-speed internet access -There is an ample amount of outlets in the room to charge or plug in all your devices. -An organic full-service grocery store is next to the building. -2 queen beds. No pullout couch bed. -Microwave and Fridge (no freezer). Other things to note The Marquette Hotel: Guest Policies & Procedures - 1. Check-In & Occupancy Identification: The Marquette Hotel retains the right to require guests to present a valid ID at any point during their stay. Unauthorized Guests: All guests must be included in the reservation. Any additional visitors must be approved via email prior to arrival. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the stay without a refund. Check-In Method: This property uses Self Check-In. Your unique access code will be provided upon booking. Room Features: Please note that this unit does not have a kitchen. 2. Pet Policy Approval: All pets must be approved prior to booking. Fees & Limits: * Maximum of 2 pets per room. $20 pet cleaning fee (standard). $70 total charge ($50 fine + $20 fee) for unapproved pets. Conduct: Pets must not cause damage or be excessively noisy (e.g., frequent barking). If a pet is left alone in a room and is barking, you will be notified and required to pick them up immediately. 3. Comfort & Appliance Guarantee We value your comfort and offer the following protections should our amenities fall short: Climate Control: We guarantee that in-room AC and heating will reach at least 72°F (22°C). If our team verifies the system is unable to meet this, you will receive a 15% discount for the remaining nights of your stay. Appliances: If the television, refrigerator, or microwave is non-functional, please notify us via SMS immediately. If we cannot remedy the issue, we will refund 3% of your total reservation cost. Staff Access: We reserve the right to enter the room to close windows during a storm to prevent property damage. 4. Hotel Noise Policy To ensure a peaceful environment, we enforce a strict two-strike policy: First Violation: Formal warning and a request to cease disruptive noise immediately. Second Violation: You will be required to vacate the premises within 15 minutes. No Refunds: Evictions due to noise violations are ineligible for refunds. Mechanical Noise: The hotel ensures all mechanical units (fridges, HVAC) operate below established decibel limits for your comfort. 5. Lost & Found Policy Liability: While our staff operates with high integrity to help locate items, the ultimate responsibility for personal property remains with the guest. The hotel is not responsible for items left behind or believed to be left behind. Holding Period: Items are held for one week. Excluded Items: For health and safety, we do not store or return: socks, underwear, food, beverages, or items left in trash/recycling bins.
