The property can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. This cozy private studio apartment has been designed to offer comfort and functionality in a single environment. The space harmoniously integrates the bedroom, a mini kitchen and a private bathroom, creating a practical and comfortable atmosphere for short or long stays. Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay with TV and streaming platforms such as Netflix, HBO, Disney+ and Paramount+ included, the perfect complement to your nights on the island. It has a new 2 1/2-seat bed (Queen – 160 x 190 cm) and a brand new mattress that guarantees optimal rest. It also has air conditioning and blackout curtains, perfect for keeping the atmosphere cool and dark when needed. The mini kitchen is equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and basic utensils for heating food. There is no stove. The private bathroom is comfortable and functional, with a shower, hot water, and essential items for your arrival. Guest access Downstairs is a common patio, shared with other residents of the property. It is a quiet space ideal for resting, organizing your equipment after a day of activities or enjoying the fresh air before going out to explore the island. For the convenience of our guests, we have beach towels, snorkel gear, fins, and some medicines available for use during your stay. Next to the patio you will find the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer for free use. The property has a partial ocean view from the second floor. The Malecón and the pier are very close, although there is no direct access from the house. Other things to note Before confirming your reservation, we invite you to review these recommendations so you can enjoy your visit in the best way: • Water: Tap water is not potable, but can be used if boiled. During your stay you will have purified water in a bottle, available in the dispenser located in the courtyard on the first floor. • Toilet paper: To keep the drainage system in good condition, please do not dispose of paper in the toilet. Please use the basket provided. • Safety: The Galapagos Islands are very safe, but it is always advisable to keep your valuables when you leave. • Ecological practices: Galapagos is a unique and protected destination. We invite you to take care of water and energy, turning off lights and air conditioning when leaving.
