Pine Creek Cabin w/ Game Room

Nestled in the picturesque Catskill Mountains, the Pine Creek Cabin is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and those looking to unplug. Our rustic retreat has open-concept living areas with fireplaces & enough cozy bedrooms for the whole family! Roast marshmallows over the fire pit or unwind in the hammock swings. The detached lower level has fun games with bonus kitchenette. Minutes to ski resorts & local attractions, with access to hiking trails & a meandering creek directly from our yard! The space Get an authentic taste of Hunter Mountain in our log home! Each bedroom is adorned with a marker that represents its theme, which are representative of wildlife found in the region :) The upstairs unit of our log cabin home is two floors with 5 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It has a full, stocked kitchen - from cookware and spices to dinnerware and utensils - with a dining table that can fit up to 8 people. There’s another table with two stools in the adjacent living room so that all upstairs guests have a place to eat or mingle. You’ll find a loaded coffee bar equipped with k-cups, coffee grinds and espresso options plus sugars and creamers near the dedicated workspace (with WiFi) that’s tucked under the stairs. The downstairs unit is accessed from the outside on the ground level. It has 3 additional bedrooms with a full bath. There’s an additional full sized fridge, coffee maker and small ice maker in the kitchenette alongside a lovely live edge bar and stools. This unit has game options for the whole family: dartboard, an extra large wall-mounted connect four, an infinity game table with dozens of digital game board options and more! Both units have living rooms with smart TVs and beautiful, stone wood-burning fireplaces to make nights extra cozy! We provide a starter kit of wood for you to enjoy either indoors or out at the fire pit. Outside, you’ll find ample seating areas on the deck and downstairs patio, including 2 hammock swings and enough plastic Adirondack chairs for the whole group. On the deck, there’s a wood pellet grill if you prefer to cook in the fresh mountain air :) Gather in the yard to tell stories around the fire pit or stare up at the starry nighttime sky. There’s also an outside activity bin for lawn games in warmer weather. All bedding is supplied as well as bath towels for each guest. Both showers have shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers for your convenience. For maximum comfort, each room has its own thermostat and alarm clocks that double as sound machines! Guests love this feature, sharing that it helps promote deep sleep and cancel out noise from outside their room :) Bedroom themes: The mountain room, the bird’s nest, the fox den, the lily pad, the coywolf’s lair, the deer camp, the fishing hole, and the bear cave. Our cabin is located about 3 minutes away from the base of Hunter Mountain, making it a perfect home base for those looking to go skiing, snowboarding or tubing in the winter! There are ample hiking trails year round and in the warmer months, they host some great events, inclusive of off-roading tours, music festivals and Oktoberfest to name a few. Windham mountain is about a 20 minutes drive for access to even more slopes :) We are a few minutes away from Tannersville, a quaint little town offering restaurants, antique shops, yoga and more. Other things to note Please note that we do not have garbage trucks, so you will be responsible for garbage disposal at the end of your trip. The waste management station is only minutes away! Also note, Greene County transfer stations may charge a small disposal fee.
