For the most accurate directions, we recommend using Google Maps, as Apple Maps may be less reliable in this area. As you approach the property, look for a large sign with the property number at the entrance. Enter through the gates and follow the trail until you arrive at the designated parking area. Guests should park directly in front of the entry gates, where the “Park Here” sign is clearly displayed. We kindly ask that you avoid parking beneath fruit trees, as falling fruit can cause damage to vehicles. Parking outside the property is not permitted. Once parked, walk around to the main front door. You’ll receive a personalized code for the smart e-lock prior to your arrival for a seamless, self-check-in experience. ⚜️ House Rules We want your stay at Dolce Vita Estate to be relaxing, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. To help ensure that, we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind during your visit: ⊹ Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM, in respect of our serene surroundings and neighbors. ⊹ Events or gatherings are allowed only with prior approval and an additional event fee. Please reach out in advance to make arrangements. ⊹ Parties or unauthorized events are not permitted. ⊹ For safety, the home is equipped with smoke detectors, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher, all located in the laundry room. ⊹ Outdoor security cameras are in place at the front gate, driveway, and backyard entrance to ensure your safety while fully respecting your privacy. ※ Important ※ If traveling with babies or young children, the use of the pool alarm is mandatory. You’ll find it stored under the kitchen sink. ⚜️ Farm Life & Nature Please note this is a real working farm property, our trusted groundskeeper may be on-site tending to the trees, plants, and landscape. You may hear occasional farming sounds or see local critters like lizards or frogs. It’s all part of the peaceful charm that makes Dolce Vita so special. ⚜️ Why Stay With Us? Dolce Vita Estate is a place to disconnect and truly slow down. With its elegant glass design, private gardens, and farm-to-table touches, it offers an experience that’s hard to find, just outside the city, but a world away. By Guest access ⚜️Guests will have exclusive access to the entire estate during their stay, including: ⊹ The main house with 5 bedrooms and all interior living areas ⊹ The heated pool and poolside lounge area ⊹ Outdoor gardens, including the Zen Garden and meditation areas ⊹ The greenhouse and chicken barn, where guests can pick herbs or gather fresh eggs ⊹ Parking area inside the gates (clearly marked “Park Here”) Other things to note ⚜️ Pool Service The pool is serviced every Wednesday between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. If you see our pool technician outside during this time, please don’t be alarmed. We Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, and we kindly ask all guests to enjoy the pool responsibly. For your safety, no running or diving is allowed. The property owners are not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or personal injuries. Please Note: For your safety and comfort, we recommend avoiding swimming for at least 2 hours after pool service has been completed, especially for young children. This allows proper circulation and balancing of any treatment products used during routine maintenance. Your safety is our priority, so we ask that children and non-swimmers are supervised at all times. ⚜️ Landscaping Our Estate Groundskeeper performs regular landscaping maintenance between Monday and Wednesday. If you see him on the property during these days, please don’t be alarmed, he will only be working in the exterior areas and will always respect your privacy. ⚜️ Bugs and critters As a farm nestled in the lush Redlands, Dolce Vita Estate is surrounded by open land, fruit trees, and tropical greenery. With this beautiful setting comes the occasional visit from nature’s smaller residents, such as ants, frogs, lizards, or other harmless critters common to South Florida’s climate. The property is professionally treated by a pest control service on a regular basis. However, due to the natural environment, occasional sightings are simply part of the experience. To help prevent them from entering the home, we kindly ask that all doors and windows remain closed when not in use. Registration Details U2025002929
