A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and washer/dryer complete this sophisticated retreat. *Please note the pool is not heated Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home, the fenced-in backyard, the private boat ramp, pool and dock. Please note there is one locked closet inside the home where cleaning supplies are stored—this space is not for guest use. Other things to note -There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside of the house. If you must smoke, please do so out by your car in the driveway. There will be a $150 penalty charged against the security deposit if the house has been smoked in. -No Parties or Events -No Pets Allowed -No Moving Furniture -No Unregistered Guests -No Using Fireplace -No Stealing or Damaging Linens (You will have to pay for them to be replaced) -No Damaging Furniture (You will have to pay for damages that exceed security deposit) -Please be respectful of the neighbors and obey the quiet hours of 11pm-7am
