NO CATS! Fully furnished beautiful home available for rent room-by-room. Major toiletries are provided such as: toilet paper, paper towels, clean sheets, comforters, blankets, pillows and towels. The house manager is always on site to continuously keep the house clean & restocked. Great location; close to many shops, grocery stores and several restaurants! The space THIS PROPERTY RENTS ROOM-BY-ROOM. THE BOOKING PRICE IS FOR 1 BEDROOM; that sleeps up to 2 guests. This is a beautiful large home with several rooms, 2 full living rooms & 3 full baths. Large driveway for off street parking. Huge back yard that has a cabana, heat lamps, fire pits, swim spa/hot tub and trampoline. Very kid friendly. Neighborhood is very safe & mostly retired! Guest access Guests will use the front door of the home and be provided a code the day of check in to get into the front door. The house manager will always be at the house to greet guests, show them to their room, and keep the house clean/restocked. During your stay My name is Megan and I am the house manager. I always have all the rooms and bathrooms fully stocked with anything a guest could ever need but if something is missing just text or call me and I can get anything for you! I'm very friendly & talkative but if you prefer limited communication just let me know when you book. No problem! Other things to note NO CATS! All rooms are Fully furnished and you will be provided multiple clean pillows, clean pillow cases, sheets, comforters, towels and washcloths. I can also help guests with guests laundry or they can do themselves. $10 per load and house manager will wash, dry and fold your laundry for you, or guest can do it themselves if they bring their own detergent. All guests have to provide their own food. Coffee is always left out for guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all clean dishes, silverware, pots, pans & several cooking devices any guest can use. There are 2 stoves, 5 burners, all cooking supplies and a dishwasher all guests can use. Guests are responsible for putting their dirty dishes in the dishwasher but the home owner will put all clean dishes away every day & make sure everything is restocked.
