This thoughtfully designed space includes a comfortable bedroom area (please note, it does not have a door), a queen sofa bed in the living area, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a convenient laundry room. The studio also features a bar with seating for four, a dedicated workspace, and access to a small private patio. The entrance is located on the side of the house, next to a light post, where you will also find parking. Please note that the parking area is narrow. The backyard is reserved for the main house and is not part of this listing. Guest access Guests will have full access to all areas of the studio, including the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, living space, bedroom area, workspace, and private patio. Please note: • In the bedroom area, there is a door that connects to our food pantry. This door will remain locked and is not part of the listing. • In the private patio, there is a door in the fence that leads to the backyard. This door will also remain locked, as the backyard is reserved for the main house and is not included in this listing. Other things to note The studio is located in our basement, and we live upstairs. Your space is completely private, but from time to time you may hear a bit of everyday activity from above.
