Walking distance to local restaurants, hospitals, universities, shopping and public transport. Whether you visit for sightseeing, work, family, hospital, concert or simply exploring the area, this is a convenient place to stay. Guest access This is a guest room in my home. After you book your room, please text me for the entry code and instructions how to unlock and lock the entry door. Guests have access to: The bedroom is on the second floor. As soon as you walk in, go straight upstairs. You will see the bathroom, and your room will be in the middle of the hall (Room 2). - in the bedroom you will find: full size comfortable bed, bath towel, closet/hangers, room darkening shades, smart TV with remote control. Key to the door for privacy. - Shared Bathroom/Living room/Kitchen - guests might enjoy hanging out at the front porch/sitting area and fenced backyard/garden when the weather permits. - free street parking on West Street - walkable neighborhood, close to restaurants, shops, public transport. During your stay I like to chat with my guests from time to time. Sometimes I can’t talk at all if I’m busy. I work remotely from home. Other things to note This home is best suited for guests who enjoy a peaceful, respectful, and quiet environment. • Quiet hours: 9 PM – 9 AM • No smoking, vaping, marijuana, parties, or drug use anywhere on the property • Please clean up shared spaces after use and treat the home with care • Kindly avoid leaving personal belongings in shared/common areas My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay where guests can relax and feel at home.
