Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed, hotel-quality interior with plush furnishings, curated finishes, and expansive windows framing sweeping Hill Country views. Step outside and the experience truly shines: • Heated pool (open year-round) for winter soaking or summer cooling • Private balcony & outdoor seating overlooking the hills • Fire pit for crisp evenings and sunset conversations • Outdoor dining & grill for relaxed meals under the Texas sky Whether you’re spending your days hiking, tubing the Guadalupe, or exploring nearby wineries and live music - or simply staying in and enjoying the view - Summit Sunsets is designed to feel indulgent, peaceful, and unhurried. You will also have exclusive use of all outdoor amenities during your stay. * **Resort-Style Pool:** Take a dip in the stunning pool, complete with in-water loungers for ultimate relaxation. * **Fire Pit:** Gather around the fire pit with Adirondack seating for cozy evenings under the stars. * **Outdoor Kitchen:** A grill and dining area are available for you to enjoy al fresco meals. For full transparency, the owners’ private deck overlooks the pool and garden areas, but these outdoor spaces are reserved for your exclusive use while you are onsite. Other things to note Guest Information & Optional Enhancements Booking & Stay Requirements To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all guests, we ask that bookings be completed with ID verification and a signed renter’s agreement, handled through a secure third-party platform in line with local regulations. A refundable security hold of $1,500 is required prior to arrival. If you prefer, you may instead opt for a $45 non-refundable damage waiver. ________________________________________ Accessibility & Property Layout Please note that Summit Sunsets is a private guesthouse located above a garage, accessed via one full flight of stairs. The outdoor areas, including the pool and fire pit, feature natural Hill Country terrain with gravel pathways and gentle slopes. While this adds to the rustic charm of the setting, it may present challenges for guests with mobility considerations. ________________________________________ Privacy & Security For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring outdoor areas only.
