The owners live separately in the main house on the property but have their own private entrance and outdoor living area. They never use the pool, backyard or any guest amenities during your stay, allowing you to enjoy your own peaceful retreat with complete privacy. Guest access Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire guesthouse, including both balconies, and exclusive use of the pool, fire pit and all outdoor amenities throughout their stay. The pool is yours alone to use, with no sharing and no exceptions. For full transparency, the main home has its own private deck that shares the same sweeping Hill Country views, which means it does look out over the same valley and yard. The owners do not use or access the pool or outdoor guest areas at any time. Think of it as a beautiful view you both happen to share, not a space you share. The owners live separately in the main house on the property and have their own private entrance and outdoor living area. • Exclusive guest amenities: The swimming pool, backyard, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and all outdoor guest spaces are reserved exclusively for your use throughout your stay. These areas are never shared with the owners or anyone else. • Access: The guesthouse is accessed via one full flight of stairs. Outdoor pathways include gravel and gentle slopes, so the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. • Wildlife: You’re staying in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, where it’s common to see deer, foxes, birds and other native wildlife wandering through the surrounding countryside. • Starter supplies: We provide a selection of complimentary starter essentials to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays, additional supplies may be required. • Security cameras: Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entrance areas for the safety of our guests and property. There are no cameras inside the guesthouse or overlooking any private guest amenities. • Before you arrive: All guests complete a quick pre-arrival step through our secure Guest Portal, including ID verification and signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement. • Damage protection: A refundable $1,500 security hold is required before arrival, or guests may choose a $45 non-refundable damage waiver instead. • Early check-in: Subject to availability, guaranteed early check-in may be reserved in advance for 50% of the nightly rate. On the day of arrival, early check-in may also be available depending on our cleaning schedule, with a maximum charge of $165. • Late check-out: Subject to availability, late check-out can be reserved for 50% of the nightly rate, with a maximum charge of $165.
