Perfect for families, couples, or solo travellers, our property offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. Bring the whole family to this great place to create memories. The space Spacious Living Area: Enjoy a bright and airy living room with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm in our modern kitchen, complete with all the essentials including a stove, sandwich maker, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, minimum cookware. Cozy Bedrooms: Rest easy in our well-appointed bedrooms featuring plush bedding and ample storage space. Outdoor Space: Relax in the private backyard, perfect for morning coffee or evening barbecue. Enjoy the outdoors with our friendly chickens in the backyard and a barbecue area perfect for cooking and dining outside. Guests are welcome to feed the chickens. Please ensure there gate is securely closed immediately upon entering and again when leaving. Convenient Location: Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, our home is just a short drive from major attractions, local shops, restaurants, and public transport options. Furniture & Equipment Policy All furniture and equipment must remain in their designated locations. Unauthorised movement may result in damage or additional cleaning fees. Our property offers comfortable accomodations and plenty of amenities for a relaxing stay. It features 2 queen sized beds and double beds, along with 2 toilets and showers, washing machine etc. Guest access Guest Access: Access via entry code provided before arrival Shoes must be left outside; please bring indoor slippers or sandals if needed. Safety: The property is CCTV-protected for your safety. Parking: Free street parking is available. Driveway fits about 3 cars and property parking fits about 4-5 cars. Not including the garage. Please don’t use the garage as it is reserved for our personal use. Essentials: Items provided for up to 8 guests, guests exceeding 8 must inform us. Essentials are provided for only up to 8 people if you need more essentials you must inform us before your stay or you may bring your own. Note: Keep the main gate closed at all times for the safety of our chickens. Dispose of toilet pads, wipes and other waste in the toilet bin. Kitchen waste goes in the kitchen bin. Please place all waste bags in the bins provided outside the house when you’re leaving. House rules For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed, pets and parties are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for any damage caused, such as spills on furniture or improper use of toilet items, and fees will depend on the severity of the damage. Noise Level & Energy Conservation Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect neighbours.
