Guest access 🚗 Guests have full access to the entire villa, making it their private home away from home for the duration of your stay. This includes use of the secure, double-locked garage, which provides direct internal access to the villa — offering both convenience and peace of mind. Whether you’re arriving after a day of exploring or unpacking for a longer stay, you’ll appreciate the easy, private entry straight from the garage into the home. Other things to note 🏡 Accommodation Details & Policies ✨ Capacity The Villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Though we are happy to accommodate a further two if they are babies under 2 years old. There is space for two travel cots; one in the Master Bedroom and the other in the bedroom on the street-level entrance, and two foldout beds for "kids only" under 10 years old at an extra charge of $50 per bed for the duration of the stay. Please note: we provide only one travel cot, and if you’re travelling with two babies, you’ll need to bring an additional one. 🧹 Cleaning Fees are $350 for all stays; NOTE: For long-term stays, we can arrange a mid-stay clean for $200 (optional and at the Guest’s expense, this does not include linen & towels). 🐾 Pet Policy We love welcoming furry friends! Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $150 pet cleaning fee applies in addition to the standard cleaning fee. If we note you have brought a pet or a visiting pet to the Villa, the Fee will be charged via the Airbnb Support group. 🏠 House Rules All guests must be listed on the booking. Please let us know right away if your group size changes so we can update the reservation. During your stay and at check-out... all bins must be cleared into the Otto bins located in your Garage, on your exit. All dirty dishes and extras should be placed in the dishwasher and run the cycle (we will put them away for you). Windows closed, sliding doors locked, lights out, and air-conditioners from each room turned off. No parties or events permitted - if neighbours contact the Police or us, we will discuss this with Airbnb Support to terminate your residence the following day, and no refund will be available for breaking House Rules. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and on the property. Please be considerate of our neighbours and follow the Strata community guidelines. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. 🚫 Accessibility Please note the Villa is not wheelchair accessible due to several steps and multiple levels throughout the home.
