Located in the heart of St. Louis, you'll enjoy the peace of a quiet street, with being just minutes to everywhere you'd like to go in St. Louis, and easy access to major highways and city avenues. 6 minutes from The Hill — an Authentic Italian Village 10 minutes from the St. Louis Zoo and Forest Park 10 minutes to Barnes Jewish Hospital 12 minutes from Downtown St. Louis (Busch Stadium, The Arch etc.) 5 miles from Route 66 Once you've booked, I'll send you my travel guide as you're planning your stay. St. Louis has so much to offer, and my home is central to it all. Guest access You'll have the house completely to yourself with full access to the entirety of the property. All entry doors are equipped with keypads, including the garage, making it super easy to check in. Cleanliness My home is professionally and impeccably cleaned and sanitized before each stay, ensuring you have a peaceful stay. Other things to note I’m a new host, but have many years of experience on Airbnb, and I’ve done everything I can to make this the type of space I would love to stay in. Check the reviews to see! :) This is a 1.5 storied house, with stairs to get to the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. There is one bathroom, and it’s on the second floor. The washer and dryer are located in the basement of the home at the bottom of a narrow staircase. Heating and cooling This home is over 100 years old, so the upstairs is colder in the winter, and warmer in the summer, than the downstairs. I've provided space heaters for colder months for your comfort, and they heat the bedrooms quickly. There is a window unit for warmer months. The downstairs heats and cools very well. There is also a unit in the sun room that you can turn on if you plan to use the space. Family friendly Please enjoy access to a high chair, baby gates, outlet covers, pack-n-play, and children’s games, books and dinnerware.
