Please Note: 1. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the Guide Book (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent. 2. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home. 3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. 4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. 5. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay! 6. This home is equipped with security cameras outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home. 7. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response. Guest access Guests have access to all indoor spaces excluding a locked cabinet in the closet. Other things to note The EV charger is a ChargePoint Level 2 with a J1772 Connector. (Tesla’s will need a J1772-to-Tesla adapter) The lane going down to the cabin is a little steep so we would highly recommend coming with an all-wheel drive vehicle in the winter months. (This is suggested but not required as we have driven all types of vehicles up and down the lane. However, it can be pretty easy to spin out going up the lane with a rear-wheel drive vehicle) We hope you will experience refreshment during your stay. We invite you to leave your cares at the door and rest awhile. Please note, while bedroom 2 is listed as a bedroom to show sleeping arrangements, it is not an actual bedroom with a door, it is a loft that overlooks the living and dining areas. **Quiet time after 10pm **No loud parties We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.
