The gourmet kitchen features top-tier appliances and opens seamlessly to a cozy family room, leading to an expansive new deck and sparkling new pool. From luxurious linens to thoughtfully curated furnishings, every detail has been chosen to evoke comfort and sophistication. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property, including: a spacious deck with Adirondack chairs, sun loungers, outdoor couch and a stylish outdoor dining area. The private, non-heated pool is open seasonally from May through September. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs and premium amenities throughout. Beach chairs, umbrella, bag and 2 walk on beach passes to Bayley Beach. Other things to note The pool is not heated and only available during the warmer months. All swimming is at your own risk. Please adhere to the rules displayed around the pool. The third bedroom functions as an office but can be outfitted with a full-size inflatable mattress upon request. The house is less than a 10 minute walk to the train and is a 65 minute train ride to Grand Central station. The owner is a frequent traveler who's crafted the space to feel like a luxurious boutique hotel- but with the comfort of home. Pool cleaners and maintenance will enter the property via the side gate ( but not the house ) on Thursday mornings. Landscapers will enter the property via the side gate on Fridays.
