It’s quieter inside than you’d expect for being so close to the highway — a calm, convenient base for visiting the area. Inside, you’ll find a bright living room, three bedrooms (king, queen, and trundle with two twins), one full bath, and a well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is simple and cozy while the finished basement adds extra space with a theater room, den, and office with a standing desk. Guests can walk through the garage to reach the fully fenced backyard — it connects directly to the kitchen and the outdoor space. The main car door isn’t operational for parking, but the interior door and walkway are available for easy access. The garage and utility room are open for passage or laundry use, though they aren’t set up as living or gathering areas. For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, security cameras monitor the exterior only, covering the driveway, front porch, patio, and backyard. No cameras face inside the home. This isn’t a party house — just a clean, comfortable place to rest while you explore Columbus, visit friends and family, or attend events nearby. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the fenced backyard, theater and office, kitchen, living areas, and basement laundry. Other things to note Lawn care and occasional light gardening may occur during your stay as needed. This will always be limited to the exterior of the property (yard only), and we will do our best to schedule it between guests. If service is needed during your stay, we will notify you in advance and avoid early mornings or late evenings when possible. During winter months, snowfall may occur.
