Accessible from JR Nishikigōji Station and Oshiage Subway Station, it is ideal for sightseeing and business. It is also perfect for use by families and groups of friends, and the building has a lift. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and access to Skytree, Oshiage and the Asakusa area is excellent. You can get to Ryogoku, which is one stop away on the JR, and Shinjuku directly, and Shibuya directly on the Hanzomon Line. The space The building has an elevator. There is a convenience store 60 metres away, and a 24-hour coin-operated laundry is a 2-minute walk away. The entire accommodation is non-smoking, and smoking is also prohibited on the veranda, stairs, corridors, in front of the building, and on the street. If smoking is discovered, a fine of 50,000 yen will be charged. Access to Tokyo's tourist attractions is excellent: Kinshicho Station to Ryogoku Station takes about 2 minutes; Oshiage Station to Asakusa Station takes about 3 minutes; Kinshicho Station to Akihabara takes about 6 minutes; Kinshicho Station to Tokyo Station takes about 8 minutes; and Kinshicho to Ueno Station takes about 13 minutes. There is also good access to the airport, with Haneda Airport 50 minutes away and Narita Airport 65 minutes away. During your stay If you need to contact us during your stay, you can reach our staff at any time via the monitor outside the entrance. Guests who book through the Airbnb site can contact you by message at any time. In case of an emergency, the staff will come to the site to take care of it. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including the space on the ground floor of the building and the road in front of the building. There is no smoking area, and smoking outdoors or on nearby roads is also prohibited. If smoking is discovered, a fine of 50,000 yen will be imposed. Shoes are strictly prohibited in the building. If you leave large items of luggage such as suitcases or bags, you will be charged a disposal fee of 10,000 yen. Parties and drinking gatherings are prohibited.
