Large and very cozy room, intimate lighting, a touch of Van Gogh in the air. The apartment is well located, 5 minutes from the Santa Cecilia subway. Since it is a central region, it is very easy to access to several regions of the city. Very close to the Higienópolis neighborhood. Easy access to: Latin America Memorial; Shopping Bourbon Pompeii; Allianz Park; Pacaembu Stadium; Barra Funda Bus Terminal; Paulista Avenue. The space My apartment is very charming and with good energy...after all, cats filter everything that is not good...lol Guest access THE KITCHEN IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PREPARING MEALS, however guests can use a small room for small meals (snacks, pizza), I have a microwave, filtered water. The bedroom There is a double bed, bed and bath linens in the bedroom. Ceiling fan and light fixtures. Other environments Guests can enjoy a charming balcony and a living room with a 55-inch SmartTV. During your stay Guests can reach me by cell phone, WhatsApp or call. I'm always available to answer questions and help out any way I can. Other things to note Guests should be very relaxed, as the house is quiet and super organized. My guests need to like cats, as I have three and they like to meet new people.
