PEACEFUL GARDEN RETREAT (1st FLOOR) Enjoy a quiet, garden-facing room tucked away from the road—perfect for light sleepers! Located at "The Bridge" (St. Sampson’s Harbour), you are steps away from shops, cafes, and easy transport. THE LAYOUT: 1st Floor: Your bedroom and the shared kitchen. Ground Floor: Shared bathroom, toilet, and laundry facilities. Access: Stairs only (multi-level character home). Not suitable for limited mobility. The space The flat is situated above ATAN's Thai catering and takeaway. This is a quiet, professional household—I work from home in our shared spaces, and we often host healthcare professionals on night shifts. This makes our home an ideal retreat for those seeking a respectful, calm environment. Guest access Entry is through ATAN Thai Takeaway, followed by the flat entrance. You will have full access to the shared kitchen on the first floor and the shared bathroom/laundry on the ground floor. UNIQUE FEATURE: This room has access to a private balcony via the window ("island style")—a quirky spot for morning coffee! During your stay There’s always someone working downstairs whenever the shop or takeaway is open. I also work from home (office-based), so you will likely see me around the flat or in the kitchen during the day. I’m always happy to say hello and offer local tips, but I also respect your space and privacy while you're staying with us! Other things to note PERKS & RULES 10% DISCOUNT: As a guest, you are entitled to 10% off at ATAN’s and Ki-Ot. LAUNDRY: Free washing, drying, and ironing facilities (please bring your own detergent). HOUSE RULES: No outdoor shoes upstairs (slippers welcome). No outside visitors. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
