Simple and cozy kitnet, near the subway

We will serve you as we would like to be served in a lodging! The space We've been using Airbnb as guests since 2017 and we know what it takes to travel, so we've set up our Kitnet for you! The kitnet is on the ground floor, has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a fully independent bathroom, just for guests to use, it is not shared. Bed and bath linens are provided free of charge. We have high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with open digital signal. We don't have parking, but in front there is a private parking lot with a popular price. We are ready to answer your questions before and during your stay. We have a puppy in our residence, but guests will not have contact, as the kitnet is independent. Guest access Quiet street, easy access by car, close to the subway (10 min. walk), 18 km from Guarulhos airport. The region has bakeries, supermarkets, snack bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and several bus and subway lines. There is a private parking lot with a popular price in front, if the guest is interested, but most guests park their car on the street in front of the kitnet. If you are coming from the airport, you can get there with just 1 train ticket: Take the free bus at the airport to the airport station. You can buy the ticket there. Board in the direction of Engenheiro Goulart station, get off but do not go through any turnstile, as the integration is free. There, take the train toward Brás and get off at the Tatuapé station. Make the free transfer and take the subway towards Corinthians Itaquera and get off at the Patriarca-Vila Ré station. It's a 10-minute walk from there.
