AMENITIES: The property features two bedrooms. The master suite includes a private bathroom and a direct view of the river. The second room has a queen size bed and a wide view of the forest, ideal for those who prefer to sleep in complete silence and surrounded by greenery. It has two full bathrooms: the en-suite bathroom overlooking the forest and a second bathroom with a shower. Both have an electric towel rail to ensure comfort at any time of the year. The interior spaces are designed for worry-free enjoyment. The living room is spacious, bright and surrounded by windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and wine cellar, ideal for preparing meals comfortably throughout the stay. For entertainment, the house offers a Smart TV and board games. It also has Wi-Fi, allowing you to work, make video calls, or stay connected when needed. The property has a private beach, its own dock, a hammock to relax in front of the water and an outdoor shower ideal after returning from the river. It also has a grill and a clay oven for outdoor cooking. To explore the surroundings, a kayak is included and available to guests at no extra cost. IMPORTANT: It is important to note that, because it is an island, the electrical service in the Delta may have occasional interruptions outside the property. Although the house is equipped to offer the greatest possible comfort, guests should consider that power outages may occur on stormy days. Being an island, it is recommended to arrive prepared with food and drinks for the entire stay, in addition to repellent and sunscreen.
