My Room is a simple & compact typical JP style room , a 10-minute walk from Asakura Station. Located in a quiet, safe, and natural area, the room sits on a hillside with a great view of Kōchi City. Cleaned by myself , Capacity for 3 guests but 2 is better. Free PL for COMPACT CAR. There are cheap restaurant & supermarket . Kōchi Castle and Hirome Market are 20 minutes away by trum and the Niyodo River is 15 minutes by car. A light breakfast is provided for your first morning. The space The room features a calming interior, with one semi-double bed and one single futon set, accommodating up to 3 guests. It is equipped with essentials for everyday living—kitchen, cookware, refrigerator, washing machine, internet, and other basic furnishings—making it suitable for long-term stays. It’s ideal for guests connected to Kōchi University or the National Hospital, those seeking a quiet environment, or anyone planning to visit the Niyodo River area. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building, and there is no elevator. Guests will need to carry their luggage up the stairs, so please book only after understanding and accepting this. However, since there are no buildings directly in front, the view spreading out below is excellent. One parking space is available. Please note that the road up to the property is steep and the parking space is a bit tight, so a compact car ONLY Guest access You will have exclusive, private use of the entire room. However, since the area is very quiet, parties are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
