The Nora holiday home, with its two beautiful suites, Sea Breeze 1 and 2, is located in Agios Spiridon, on the north coast of Corfu. Each property is ideal for couples and families of up to four people. The whole house can accommodate 8 people. A perfectly maintained 3,500 m² plot awaits you, complete with a lovely pool and panoramic views. Each property has a 30-square-metre terrace overlooking the beautiful, idyllic surroundings. From the pool terrace, you have a view of the sea. The space The suites each have two bedrooms, one with a double bed 1.6 x 2 m and one with two single beds 1 x 2 m, a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi, a small library with over 100 books in English and German. Private parking is available directly on the fenced property. Perfect for the cooler months, as the entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. The terrace in front of the living/dining room is furnished with outdoor seating, sun loungers and a large parasol. All windows have insect screens and shutters. Each suite has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Two different paths lead directly from the house to the main beach and the snorkelling beach in our village. The large pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue area, a pool shower and a coffee table with chairs. From the pool terrace, you can enjoy picturesque sunsets and a fantastic view of Pantokrator – (the highest mountain on the island), the sea and the bird paradise ‘Antinioti’. Within a 5-10 minute walk, you can reach: the two fine sandy beaches of Ag. Spiridon, which are gently sloping and particularly suitable for children, a supermarket with a snack bar, a travel agency with car rental, the bus stop, the horse-riding business, a rocky bay for snorkelling, the mini golf course, beach taverns and bars. The ideal location offers the perfect holiday on the beach and in nature. Surrounded by the crystal-clear Ionian Sea, near the bird paradise ‘Antinioti’ and Mount Pantokrator, our holiday home is a great choice for nature lovers, swimmers, hikers, walkers, horse riders and joggers.
