The space Combining space and comfort, the Bretonne Villa is spread over three levels and offers an ideal setting to bring together families and friends. 🌿 Living spaces The living and dining room are combined in the same space, with a beautiful view of the garden and pool, perfect for sharing convivial moments. The fully equipped kitchen is in a room next door, convenient for preparing your meals while staying close to the living spaces. For outdoor dining, you'll find a barbecue with its own fireplace, set up next to the house, perfect for cooking safely while staying in the heart of the garden. Private parking is located in the courtyard in front of the house and includes a secure gate and carport, ideal for parking several vehicles with peace of mind. It is better to book because its reputation is well established. - The tobacco café "O GRAIN DE CAFE" is a friendly place where you can relax with a drink. - Nursing and dental offices are also located in Québriac. Shops are mainly located in Tinténiac, 2.5 km from the house. You will find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, as well as various services to meet all your needs. 🌿 To discover in Québriac A charming village with its 17th century church which has the peculiarity of a square tower topped by a TORS bell tower, in other words a helical arrow covered in slates.
