The space Living The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, featuring vaulted beamed ceilings, a large dining table, and a cosy wood-burner. Picture windows flood the space with light and frame spectacular views, while a separate snug provides the perfect space for children or quiet reading. Eating The stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast, including a gas & electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, and dishwasher. The kitchen island is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Sleeping • Ground Floor: 1 king-size/twin bedroom 1 double bedroom • First Floor: 2 king-size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms Bathing • 1 family bathroom with bath & shower attachment • 1 ground-floor wet room with walk-in shower • 2 ensuite bathrooms on the first floor Outside Space The landscaped three-tier garden is a sanctuary with a sunny terrace, BBQ area, and quiet seating spots to enjoy coffee or evening drinks with river views.
